Brickstudio Films Hits 10,000 Subscribers!
On February 10, 2020, The Brickstudio Films youtube channel reached 10,000 subscribers! 10,000 of you are now subscribed to and enjoying my content! I never thought we would get this far on youtube, thank you, each and every one of you!
Lego Apollo 11 Mission
50 Years ago today on July 20, 1969, Neil Armstrong became the first man to set foot on the Moon, followed by Buzz Aldrin. Michael Collins was in the command module orbiting around the Moon as Neil and Buzz explored the surface. Four days prior on July 16, 1969, at 09:32 EST The Saturn V carrying the 3 astronauts took off on Launchpad 39A in Cape Canaveral.
Lego BattleBots At Brickworld!
At Brickworld Chicago 2019, there was a Lego BattleBots championship.

Census 2018
Since 2013 a census has been conducted on the city counting the total population. In 2018 there were 525 minifigures in the city, 225 of which men, 224 women, and 76 children. See more here

While this year may not have been as successful as I hoped, I did manage to improve my animating and editing skills along with launching a new channel, which you can learn more about here.
Minifigures Turn 40!
On August 28th, 2018 the mini figure turned 40 years old! Without these many of us wouldn't have loved lego as much as we do- or make stop-motion videos.

Brickworld 2018
This year I went to the Brickworld Chicago convention. I had a great time meeting people I know from online stores and looking at all the amazing builds. I only put 25 of my 300+ images in the gallery below. Yes- 300+. And I didn't even catch everything. There was A LOT to look at.
Falcon Heavy
Recently @Spacex successfully launched the Falcon Heavy! As a fan of anything space related I was really excited to watch this historic event. Since the demo launch was a success and finally sparked an interest of space exploration in the public I have decided to build my own Lego Falcon Heavy Model!
Channel Birthday
On March 10, 2017, I uploaded my first video to YouTube. Now 1 year later I have gained over 8,600 subscribers, millions of views and turned a childhood dream into a potential future job. I am so grateful to have so many awesome people who support me and like what I do so I just wanted to thank you for making this 1-year special video. I will also make a special Falcon Heavy animation next month as a thank you.

The Lego City Images have been moved to their own page rather than at the bottom of this page. You can access them here or by going to the webpage header or menu on mobile. The same will most likely be done with the census but I will wait until the 2017 Census has been completed to do that.
1,000 Subscriber Special

100 subscriber special
I recently hit 100 subscribers on youtube! To celebrate this, with the Brickstudio Films community, I decided to make a Q&A video. Here I explain some questions that I get from my viewers and explain how I make my brickfilms.
Lego Decals
For the past few months I've been working on my Lego gas station MOC and improving my brand image. This included adding a custom brand figure and decals. Here I have all the decals I made for my gas station, airport, and figure. I simply used decal paper for this process. If you are interested in seeing the rest of the gas station click the button below for more. As for the airport decals, I will post some images when I get all of my lights installed.
New Intro
Brickstudio Films is getting a more custom and relatable intro!
Later this year I will change when my videos are uploaded as well as the structure. Stay tuned for more updates on the new intro and outro looks.
Lighting for Lego
This shows some of my best pictures of my LEDs for brickfilming. These come in two different sizes, The larger one (shown above) can fit in any 3 mm holes. The smaller one which contains a 36 gauge wire with the light being 2.8 mm thick and 'paper thin'. These can also be used to light up your lego city which is what I am working on right now.

Eclipse 2017
The 2017 total eclipse was an amazing sight to see, even better our lego minifigures got to see it too! you can watch my eclipse brickfilm, along with a video of the real one as a hidden video within it. Below are some images before, during and after the eclipse as well as the lego eclipse.

Airport Train Station
I recently built this small train station MOC for my airport. It is very small and has two seats, a cargo ramp, and a large slanted roof.
